Health and Physical education.
Today I have attended a class on 'Yoga and Physical Education ' conducted by Mount Tabor family. The class was lead by Dr. Jacob George sir who is former teacher of physical education. The class was very interesting and informative. He taught us different types of yoga such as 'vrukshasana','thrikonasana' , 'padasana' etc. All of these are very useful to us. He taught us how to write lesson plan on yoga class. Yoga lesson plan includes 5 parts. Which are the following. 1.Assembly and role call 2.Warming up 3.Formal part (class formation and yoga part) 4.Recreational part 5.Assembly and role call. It was an interactive session.
